Wickie's Pub And Restaurant (Grove Location)

Hi it was my first time going there and i had a bad experience . The service was not good and also the food was also not good. And we wait for almost 45 minutes for the food and they served the salt& pepper and also the knife and fork after we finished the food.

Not a large group destination. Called in our reservation a week ahead for a large group. Requested some appetizers be ready for the time we got there but they wouldn’t do that. Food was great for the most part (although we couldn’t find the meat in the Shepherd’s Pie!!?) but was extremely disorganized. Some people getting dessert before others had even ordered their meals. Drinks sat empty the majority of the time there. One server assigned to a group of 45+ and one other employee who could only bring water. One chef on. Those employees did the best they could but were set up for failure from the start. It would’ve been nice if the manager was honest and said they weren’t set up for a large group on a Saturday afternoon. Wings were great, Nashville sandwich and pierogies were too, and portions were large.

Just had an absolutely fantastic time at Wickies Pub! From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a memorable experience. Food was ok, had a wickey burger. Tasted frozen and not hand made even tho the menu says daily burger I highly doubt it was fresh, but the toppings were . Service was great and quick. Restaurant was nice and very clean. If your looking for a good burger go to burger Royale around the corner.

Relaxing Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Not not kid friendly,but,wouldn't be my first pick to bring small kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Paid over 100 dollars for a skip order and received everything that was placed in the order however I paid 21 dollars for a Mac and cheese that is missing its toppings and it’s less then a child’s serving. Called them repeatedly the manager and restaurant entirely does not answer.
