White Castle

Terrible experience. They are way understaffed and the current staff sits around, reciting song lyrics , staring at the drive thru window and laughing. Get it together, seriously.

Ordered online. Order stated ready at 6:33, arrive at 6:35, both entrance doors were locked. Made me wait in the drive thru like for OVER 60 MINUTES. Had I not paid already online I would’ve left. I sat at the pick up window for over 15 minutes- meaning my order was not ready. Don’t accept online orders if you don’t have the staff for it. Oh also- I took a picture of 1 of only 3 employees in their phone, while I waited for an hour for my food.

this white castle has wrong hours i was just here around 4.50 am thursday and is closed there was a car parked in the parking lot i guess they make up their own hours!

My White Castle visit was everything I was hoping for food was hot beverage was on point ordering through the drive through service was with you would expect no complaints I just wish they were more White Castle locations Parking: #15 spots

Fresh food and super fast

I order some waffles which I always do. But this time I DIDN'T GET ANY SYRUP & I’m pissed. Cause who eats waffles with no syrup. I hate being homeless cause why the heck I guess no breakfast for me. The sandwich just dry.

Not what I remember this place used to be. The entire place was dirty-looking, even in the kitchen. The staff appeared to be angry that I had the nerve to dine in and not wait in the drive-through line. It took 5 minutes to take my order....I was the only customer inside! The burgers were cold, the buns were stale, the beverage dispenser was broken. If you want to experience what White Castle is all about, this is not the place to go to. Overall, a terrible experience.
