Placed order on the app. Drive thru speaker told me they couldn’t find my order and to pull up. I gave them the order name and they told me they didn’t have it. Without offering a solution or help, they took the order of the person behind me and ignored me. After confirming it was the correct store address I was still not offered any solution, I would have happily just replaced my order. Cashier was clearly annoyed with my situation and I left without placing another order. Can’t get a worse customer experience
Closed the store 1.5 hours early. Left the sign on and just ignored all the people lining up. Will never go back and will convince anyone to avoid this place. Hope they go out of business soon. Bad food, bad customer service, bad cleanliness, now more expensive.
I went to the Wendy’s 2/27/24 at 12:32 pm and The girl at the drive thru with Brunette hair was beyond rude!! Her attitude was so ugly and I loved the use of vulgar language when the machine wasn’t working for her. I mean, I am not a saint but I know not to use curse words in front of customers. I would love to give a name but I wasn’t given a receipt nor given the total. I’m not even sure how much I paid. I would have liked to order more but her quick to “pull forward” after every sentence, I just couldn’t. After our transaction when I said “thank you” I got the window slammed in my face. Yeah… this place was real great. Definitely will NOT be back
Stopped for a breakfast deal. Guy at the window was very friendly and my order was quick and correct.
Don't go here!!!! The drive thru cashier on Saturday Feb 10th around 6pm stole our debit card info and charged over $600 worth of stuff at random stores! This has also happened to others at this location. Beware this sketchy place
there's a new issue at the drive thru every other night i go here so that i cannot order food not sure if they're understaffed or what
