Sanders BBQ and Soul Food

Food was fantastic. Must visit if you ever in San Marcos

Me and my boyfriend stopped in today for a quick snack and we were just going to stop at a fast food place but I’m sure glad we didn’t! Not only was the man working there (I think the owner) was the most sweetest kindest person ever the food was to die for. I had the gumbo which was phenomenal it was perfect for these cold winter days and my boyfriend had the brisket and Mac and cheese when I tell you mind blowing it was smoky, flavorful, falling apart, seasoned perfectly, the very definition of soul food. You can taste the love with every bite. I recommend anyone and everyone in the area to stop in and give it a try. If I could rate more stars I would!

Authentic soul food from an authentic soul!!

Just tried sanders for the first time and let me tell you I tried the pork chop AND IT IS DELICIOUS definitely consider trying this out new hours are from noon to 9pm
