The man at the drive through speaker sounded super inconvenienced to serve us. Didn’t provide the sauce we asked for, and a piece of a glove was found in one of our burgers.

Good food and service.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and no one greeted me or the guy behind me. The woman at the drive thru acknowledged us and asked the other gentlemen if they could help us. It wasn't busy at all. Two to three cars in drive thru, and two in the dine-in area

The sweetest lady(Michelle) took my order today. Everything came out exactly how I ordered it. 10/10 experience.

Went for my Baconator but found a 6 piece nugget... They charged me for the baconator, and put a 6 piece nugget in the bag instead. This isn't the first time this location had let me down. The 2 other Wendy's in O'Fallon are way better. The nuggets were dry, and the fries were soggy. Very disappointed.

I love the peppermint frostys and the key chains are awesome. There was a cat out side which was really awesome to see.

The service was awesome. The person checking us out was super patient with my girl who hardly ever knows what she wants to eat, or will change her mind a hundred times.

This place is a standard 90s layout which is OK but lacks the refinance of the newer type of layout but does the job justly. The burger was fresh tasty. They have changed the staff and it’s much faster now. We updated the star appropriately. Had good luck in the past with the drive-thru. Disappointed today when we tried to go into the dining room and the doors were locked.
