Always a ridiculously long waits

Ordered a chicken sandwich and instead got two chicken strips on a bun!! They’ve done this to me TWICE ON DIFFERENT DAYS!!! I’m never ordering here again.

Worst customer service and worst food ever! Everything was wrong.

Couldn't tell you how the food was, cause I never got it. The lack of attention the employees paid to the customers and the overall disdain for their jobs was impressive, I will admit. I finally left without my order after about 10 minutes of waiting, having gotten the feeling that eating the food, which hadn't even began preparation yet, could prove perilous.

Probably the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The employees could care less and very rude. Obviously the owners don’t care. My last time ever. Only one in drive-thru and 20 minutes to get order.

spicy chicken sandwich you would die for. Cheap and filling.

Doors were looked at 8pm. Only drive through open. If you can’t staff just shut down.

I ordered food online Saturday night and arrived at 8:05 PM. Doors were locked and I went through driveway. Worker said they were closed. I said.. but wait.. I ordered onlne. She said... no worries I got you. I got to the window and she said she had good news bad news. My order was correct but was missing some sides so she gave me double of some and some extras. I asked... what about Red Beans and Rice. She said sorry we didnt have any. I was severely bummed and was the whole reason I ordered popeyes tonight. She said. If you can wait a few I will warm you up some. I got my full order I wanted with some extras. Mary was the woman who helped me and she was phenomenal! She said that they hope to be open later soon once she gets some help from corporate and that should be very soon. Stop by and say hello to Mary... she rocks and so does the food!
