Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service and the food is worse.

Service is always great, food always good. This Wendy's is our favorite of all Wendy's we've been to.

What has happened to Wendy’s?!?! We are at our 2nd Wendy’s, because the 1st one didn’t have baked potatoes. But the second one didn’t have baked potatoes either, unless we wait for 1/2 hour!! We passed on that, but we’re still in drive-thru line for another 20 minutes. We finally got our bill for a price of $33 for 3 people. But then they didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag!!! We now have to go back. We are spending way too much time and money trying to do business with Wendy’s!!! #wendyssucks #lessonlearned

Was in the mood for a double and fries. I used to love Wendy’s. Last time I go to this location. Gross soggy fries and the hamburger was nasty with wilted soggy lettuce, not a fresh burger. This location has definitely went downhill!

This was a few days ago I’ve spent that amount of time trying to get in touch with a manager. This location is so bad and gross they actually disconnect their phone. They closed at 10 I sat at drive through window from 9:39 till almost 10:00 just seeing if they would take my order. They were staffed and knew I was there they just flat out chose not no take my order. They own a few more locations in butler county as well, Monroe, Springboro and Franklin. Avoid at all costs!!!

Took a while for us to place our order and once we did, the cashier rung it up incorrectly (they did fix it) however food was either half uncooked or cold/old. Employees working (most) were very rude and disrespectful. Definitely won’t be back
