Walked in and stood at the podium for a good 4 or 5 minutes while several employees walked by and said nothing. "Someone will be with you in a moment" or "we will be right with you" but no acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally got seated and it wasn't busy at all. Ordered and drinks were always empty, had to ask for refills three times and it took forever for that to happen. Each person was a 3 or 4 star apron, so I know they had to somewhat know how to wait on people but I chalk this place up to poor management. Food was good but really slow.
Hot food cooked perfectly! Service was great
Cracker Barrel delivered an amazing dinner last night!
Love the fried southern chicken here. Parking: Plenty of choices Kid-friendliness: Games at table, store with lots of kid treats.
The tables are basically the minimum as needed and the chairs are hard wood no pads it is a little hard to set and enjoy the meal Wheelchair accessibility: You can get through the store front to get the restaurant, but it gets tight
I don't know what's going on with cracker barrels here lately. They want to charge you for things that used to come with the meal. You're getting smaller portions and paying bigger prices. I also noticed when I went in there there were only about 10 tables that were full and usually these stores are always packed. I ordered the hamburger steak which usually came with the onions mushrooms and gravy and now they have to say they are charging for that and it's an extra charge go figure. Another cracker barrel that I went to over in Kentucky I think it was Florence wanted to charge for biscuits and cornbread I don't know what's going on but they are going to lose customers doing this. The service was horrible.
