Wendy's

We always get our food to go but we order inside just bc it's hard to hear the speaker with four kids under 8 yrs old so doors locked no sign stating why doors were locked when it was lunch time. so we drove to a different location due to the fact we couldn't order inside

They weren't very busy ❗we waited over 10 minutes to be waited on ❗. The couple ahead of us hàd waited also and was still waiting for Thier order❗then the other people had to come up while we were waiting because Thier order wasn't right ❗. I would suggest if you want Wendy's, to go to a different one ❗

Was out of most of the food that we wanted.

This Wendy's in Jackson MI tends to be pretty slow and always has. Food is always good, people are nice. Just gave us the wrong food after waiting about 20 minutes to get it
