A dozen nats at the drink station and dirty tables ruined it for me. Addition for 1/29/24 visit. CSR was rude and made it clear she didn't care. Guest at counter were discussing how she must not like her job. Remains 2 stars. Restaurant was cleaner than last visit. 2/8 update. Where is Nicole? After the staff couldnt find her to take my order for five minutes she comes out of the bathroom and washes her hands for a few seconds. She takes one other order then disappears outside. I watch the customer sit for 4-5 minutes while staff is saying "she isnt in the freezer or the office" The CSR at the front counter here always seems to be the worst person to be working in hospitality. 2/16 update. Morning service is perfect through drive thru.

Had to wait on potatoes food was cold. wait for the potatoes was was 15min. Not bad right… it takes a couple hours to cook potatoes not a couple trips in the microwave. The lady who spoke with us in the drive-through was not the nicest person is very condescending. This food isn’t meant for heating the microwave before serving it’s supposed to be cooked fresh. These idiots don't even know how to fill a fry box. Took my driver well over 15 minutes in drive thru. She stated they weren't busy but only had a couple people which I understand. The cold brew coffee that was substituted because frosty machine was down was terrible.

This is a very good location. Service times are good and food is always hot and fresh. Employees are friendly and care about customer service.

Some of the workers don't wear gloves. They touch some of your fries and nuggets while putting them in the bag. Sometimes they turn their back toward you so you can't see their dirty bear hands touching your fries. It's unsanitary and disgusting, because they are touching other surfaces like registers, money, and bathroom doors customers who care stop being lazy...go inside and get your food.
