if i could give one star, i would. tomatoes repulsive me and i specifically asked them to put NO tomatoes in my burrito and they did the complete opposite. they put what felt like extra, and it caused me to throw up. never eating here again. this location needs to get shut down
The lady who was doing to go orders who drives a jeep with a whole bunch of stickers on it...was very unprofessional and lacked great customer service skills. She had a very bad attitude. She was being racist towards my wife and I. I was not the last one to place an order, but she served me last on purpose. As my wife and I were standing at the counter to grab the food, she walked off and placed it on the Togo rack. All the other white customers got theirs handed to them, except us. She needs to be properly trained on how to treat all customers with respect and dignity before this company gets a lawsuit for rascism.
Forced to use the dumb kiosk, no interaction among people anymore.
I arrived at 12:30am on January 24, 2024. I mention this so you can better figure out the name of the employee I had an issue with since I didn't get her name. I assume she was the manager on duty taking drive thru orders.. She was extremely rude. I tried to order nacho fries and She made the snarky comment, "our menu has changed I suggest you look at it again." She didn't say it in a nice manner but in a very condescending disrespectful tone. I decided to leave and as I passed the window she was leaned back on the expo line and stared rudely almost with an intimidating attitude. I have been a regular customer since this location opened and have never been so poorly treated. I noticed that this location has a hard time keeping employees but I hope that there is some sort of disciplinary action taken. I am not doing this to get anything free out of it. So I do not need to be given anything to make up for the poor experience. I'm just making whom ever it concerns aware of this woman's treatment of customers.

Not taking people's orders inside the restaurant. I think it's not professional. I noticed tons of people walking out. And people are struggling to use the self-service stations.
The food was nice and good my only problem was there were a few people who came in and they made them use the kiosk to place their orders. Several people walked out due to this problem.
