My favorite sushi spot in Asheville. Always top notch service and excellent sushi. Parking: Parking in downtown Asheville is usually a bit difficult, but if you're willing to circle the block a few times and walk a little, you can typically find a spot on the street.
Delicious sushi. Looks simple, but rolls are very fresh and tasty
Delicious Japanese restaurant in downtown Asheville! I ordered the eel avocado roll and Alaska roll with miso soup and it came out fast and fresh. Staff was lovely and there was no wait! Definitely recommend.
Wasabi is always the best. We make excuses to drive two hours to eat there! Love the Godzilla roll!
I’m going to start off saying I have never made a review to a restaurant before. I ordered a sweet tea to drink and the lady came back with a water and so did my boyfriend. Then this guy from that wasn’t our waiter came to our table and gave us 2 more waters and asked us to what we wanted to order. Our waitress came out and told him it was her table. Our waitress gave my boyfriend a salad but he wanted white sauce and got ginger sauce instead so he just ended up not eating it. I watched the sushi chef pick his nose and eat it and started eating behind the sushi counter and still continued to make peoples sushi with bare hands. When my sushi came out I really didn’t want to eat and on top of that it had a black curly hair on it so I didn’t end up eating it. The floor was very dirty in there as well.
Everything was tasty, flavorful and yummy. Karen was a wonderful server, she took great care of us. Will definitely recommend Wasabi. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access
