Poor customer service. They’ll mess up your order, then you’ll sit down hungry, ready to eat, only to see the order is incorrect. Next you’ll tell them, get no apology or concern, and they’ll even charge you a second time for the ingredients they forgot to include the first time. I’ve had a bad experience with their service three consecutive times.
Id like to preface this review by saying the 2 friends I went with were going specifically for gluten free options and had a good experience. I, on the other hand, did not and I won't be returning. I payed $30 for a double bacon cheesburger that was way over cooked(past well done) and sweet potato fries that were way overly thick cut resulting in a soggy mess. I ordered the sweet potato fries specifically for the harissa sauce which there was a pathetic drizzle of on top. The burger was actually not bad considering how over cooked it was but I had my friends try the sweet potato fries and we all agreed they were awful. I certainly wont be returning to pay $30 for that kind of meal ever again.
The girl at the front seemed annoyed by everything i asked and was very short with her responses kind of rude but i think that might just be KC at this point especially when talking to someone of color. I ended up not ordering anything because her stank attitude ruined my appetite.
Delicious. I've tried almost everything on their regular menu and it is always delicious and fresh.
