Their tip culture is ridiculous. Pay your employees- you are charging plenty. Default is a tip that's about $5 on an order for two people. And it's hard to figure out how to get it to change on the key pad. I'm a regular but if tips are that critical I will go elsewhere..
I ordered my smoothie online. I work down the street, and I got stuck at work. I ended up finally going to pick up my smoothie a couple hours after the scheduled time fully under the impression that I would have to buy another smoothie. Thankfully Ashley save the day with making me a new fresh smoothie with no extra charge. She was so sweet! Thank you!
I drove out of my way to simply have a smoothie but posted hours are obviously wrong and now I’m late with no smoothie and disappointed
