Cold Stone Creamery

There were two girls working who were very rude and talking to each other and didn't say hello. When I came near, one of the girls asked me what I wanted, and I said I needed a moment to look at the menu and she sighed heavily. When I told her I was ready, the server was on her phone and wouldn't respond to me. So I repeated myself again. Then she sighed and took my order. The ice cream turned out good, but the service was terrible and I'd never come back or recommend anyone to come in. I technically went in the fall, but I'm only getting around to posting now.

Good ice cream. Slow service.

I used to work here and we were never allowed to refused service to customers before closing hours. it was 9 pm and they close at 10, again I worked here. The open sign was lit up, door unlocked, and there were people inside the dining room eating. You are absolutely not allowed to refuse service to a customer and say “you’re closed” when you aren’t just because you don’t want to work. People were literally sitting in the tables eating. Stop hiring 16 year olds
