Our food was cooked to perfection, the service was absolutely amazing, the steak was juicy, tender, & melted in our mouth. Our server Humza was great & the other workers were so helpful when we had additional questions. Thank you Iole for giving my husband & I the page to review this restaurant!! We will be recommending to everyone we know :)

A great location to eat meat. Steak, pasta, carpaccio, etc This restaurant is for me is a must eat location on each trip to Florence. I wasn’t super hungry so I went for the Pici tonight which is new. Magnificent and paired with a lovely half bottle. Iola does a magnificent job of managing a very busy and stressful front of house with poise and grace.

Had a reservation but still had to wait for an hour (with many people cutting queue) to get a seat. Super poor queue management. Come only if you have plenty of time to spare.

16시쯤 방문. 2명이서 와서 피렌체스테이크, 루꼴라 샐러드, 호박 새우 파스타 주문함. 배불러서 다 못먹음. 굽기도 물어봐 주시고, 마블링 여부도 물어봐서 잘 고를 수 있었음. 나중에 한국인 직원분도 오셔서 이것저것 잘 챙겨 주셨습니다. 후기에 인종 차별 글 보고 걱정했는데 오히려 너무 친절하고 맛있는 음식으로 행복하게 식사 했습니다. 피렌체에 머무는 동안 한번은 다시 오게될꺼 같습니다. 정산으로 인하여 계산이 조금 늦어지지 직원분이 친절하게 커피도 한잔 서비스 주셨어요

The food there is really good. And iole is really sweet and nice.
