Pretty cool place. Food is pretty yummy!! Had a balst again tonight. No complaints

Computer broke and reservation took forever to confirm, put us in a bad bay like 347, ball wouldnt eject, computer wouldnt update correctly and basically the worst experience at golf you can imagine. Timer started and couldn't figure out what we were playing. Just staffing didnt care, so we played 2 hours and left unimpressed. First time and last time I'll go. Additionally, responding to a post in an attempt to gain publicity really diminishes your lack of customer service. I will not respond on your website where i can get computer-splained on the way you treat the public and the poor lack of management. Fix your terrible equipment and dont treat people like their hard earned money doesnt matter. Also, were not treated that way at a competitor so i could publish their name if you need notes on how to treat people.

The worst place I've ever been

Sat for an hour in a Thursday night watching the front desk girl flirt with three different guys, no bays were occupied on the bottom or top row and when we finally got sat there was three other bays next to us open, why the hour long wait? Why are receptionists flirting with golfers here for over an hour? Why is she wearing a skirt that doesn’t even cover her but cheeks? Unprofessional honestly

Top golf decided to kick us out. We were gathered for my best friend's 21st birthday. His birthday is tomorrow so he is still 20, but when they came over and asked us if we were 21 since its past 9pm we said no because technically none of us are. They said we had to leave and would not give us a full refund because we were there for 10 minutes. I am truly ashamed. Top golf just lost a customer.
