Tony and Joe's Seafood Place

Restaurant itself was fancy and nice by the water. My significant other and I expected to have good seafood and enjoy a dinner by the water but the food wasn’t great and our waiter was horrible. Our waiter messed up our order and we got brought the wrong food which was fine it was getting fixed. Until our waiter came back to the table and rudely said “so now you want something different than what you ordered?”. I clearly said what I wanted to order at the beginning. He was rude and had attitude when he was the one who misheard my order. Was hoping for a good experience but was let down. In my opinion, I’d eat somewhere else.

Outside bar and seating is one of the most beautiful places for food and drinks in DC! Cat and Carly outside are great to deal with. Can't wait for summer on the waterfront!

Beautiful place but we came on a Saturday night and there was no one here while the Mexican place across the way was packed that should’ve been a sign. But we did not want Mexican at all. We sat in the back near the windows which was beautiful. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and romantic. The waitress Vania was lovely and on time with everything!! She was lovely and not overpowering. The crab dip was good, the salmon sandwich was good but the Salmon entree as beautiful as it looked tasted like nothing at all. Bummer. I powered through it because I hate to throw away food. Manager made it right tho so I have to give him/her that. The restaurant look and service was great.

Big restaurant that I can imagine is mobbed during the warmer weather with all their outside seating, but during the winter it’s still a beautiful spot to have lunch along the Potomac. The crab cake sandwich is a sizable ball, the bun, coleslaw, and tartar sauce were a little disjointed but still good. The crispy chicken sandwich was a thin pounded fried piece of chicken that was “Mexican style”, with avocado, black beans, and spices. Solid spot for a quick meal.
