They are very friendly, and it helps you start your day off right!
Service is super slow. Recent drive thru waits have been roughly 20 to 25 minutes before getting to window. Watching Starbucks across the street, i have counted and continuing to count vechiles leaving their drive through. Total is at 18 curently within the last 15 minutes
Terrible customer service experience. Please don't waste your time going here. The staff is rude to every single customer; every single time. I will never be coming back to this location ever again. The person at the speaker told us, "stop rushing me because I have closing duties" And they close at 8:00 PM and we arrived at 5:00 PM. So how does that make any sense? Then they proceeded to hand over the box of donuts extremely slowly and in a condescending manner. The employees have an attitude with everyone and they're just not kind people. You will regret coming here and giving them business. Just don't do it. You will not have a positive experience at this place
The best Original Brew black coffee ever! And the Boston Creams ain't too bad either!
Employee didn't even acknowledge us when she walked up, just asked what we wanted. We asked for 2 lattes and received a black coffee and a coffee with espresso. Will not be returning. If she had a better attitude, that would be a saving grace.
Upon walking up to the counter, no one said anything to us for a good few minutes. There was also a man standing next to us, who had already gotten his stuff, looking for something else, and an employee told him she was too busy and someone else would have to help him. We ordered our food, I ordered a water with my meal for a $1 upcharge, and got tap water. When we got our food, one of the sandwiches was wrong and there was no hash browns. I let them know, and another sandwich was made and put on the counter in a bag, Looked in the bag, still no hash browns. I mention it again, he looks at me with no response and gives me hash browns. Staff seems like they just don't care.
