Food is fine, service is good. I got a strawberry lemonade and was shocked when I realized i only got 3 sips out of it. A lot of ice though! A totally unnecessary amount! The iced drinks are a waste of money.
Does the store run itself on the weekend? Why is there always a line wrapped around the store not moving I end up having to pull off every time after waiting 10 minutes.
While I’ve had employees that i appreciate at this location, the location doesn’t allow for two separate orders in the drive through meaning you have to get your first order and then go through the drive way all over again if someone else in the car wants to pay separate. It’s extremely inconvenient, maybe at morning rush i could understand but it’s mid day with no other cars.
This location online says they have sugar free syrups, we pull up to order and the man says they don’t have any sugar free syrups. Update your website!!
I usually dont ever write reviews but this tim hortan’s service was so awful that I felt the need to comment on it. My fiance and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked for a moment to look at the menu (I was trying to find their holiday drinks) not even a minute later another person comes on and asks us if we’re ready, I get nervous and said just one more second. Then a woman came over the speaker and told us to leave the drive thru because we were taking too long. We had not even been there for a full 30 seconds before she told us to leave. I used to work in a drive thru and would have never treated a customer like that for taking a few seconds to look at a menu. Please work on proper customer service
