I had an issue tonight where my app glitched and sent the food to the wrong restaurant. This group went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and cherished as a Rewards member. Kudos to the night crew on a job well done!!

The Hillard location is the best the workers doesn't make errors like the other locations kudos taco bell staff in Hillard

The amount of stuff in my soft tacos or the lack of stuff. My tacos are the size of taquitos. This is completely ridiculous for the price of these tacos nowadays. Not to mention the employees don't acknowledge you smile at you they don't say please or thank you. I won't be going back to this Taco Bell

Had a big order. Got home and 2 items were missing. But all the food we did receive was made well and was tasty.

I just want to shout out Rauchad who was at the window tonight (8/23) Literally the nicest person and was very pleasant when we went through the drive through!

I've been to this location a lot over the last few months because the food is consistently good and the team has been nice/helpful. I have only done the drive thru so far. I only use the app for ordering... It's so easy, great for swaps, rewards, and customizations. The app might help with others experiencing order problems. 🤞.
