The Velvet Raven

The Velvet Raven is a Chocolate Cafe nestled in the little village of South Park. Basel is the chocolatier and I’m Toby, the Chef and artist. We are a lunch cafe by day and a wine bar by night. Of coarse we’re more than just a food establishment. Basel and I are both artists and we see our chocolate cafe as a canvas upon which we can project ourselves. We’ve created a warm and inviting environment where Basel can display his original chocolates and I can bring to life my chalk art on the walls.
