I wish to add that the single double doors allow tons of super cold air into the dining area. It would be appreciated if something were to be added to prevent the artic blast each time someone enters. Our group of 8 was seated just on the other side of the entry way to the coffee shop so it's not like we were that close to the door. THANK YOU!!! The Spar is an icon, fun to play pool and enjoy the view. panko breaded halibut was excellent! Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers and salads

Took a new coworker here for lunch the other day and it literally took 50 minutes from the time we ordered our food until it came out. We ordered a sandwich and a burger. During that time the server didn’t check back in on us, provide any updates or even try to offer any apology. I had always liked this spot and had good experiences before but it is going to be awhile before I return.

Best almost dive in Tacoma.

We've been coming here forever, but today was the first time since Covid. Place is still great and the service was awesome. It was busy, but the server did an excellent job handling all the tables. I had the fish and chips, it was good. Really like the skinny fries also, yummy. Parking can be an issue, but oh well..

This place is so amazing! Everyone is super friendly!
