The Cheesecake Factory

Kristen (maybe a fake name she gave) or whoever was at the desk on 02/11/2024 at 9:25 Pm, gave us an attitude and was very rude due to the fact that we came to eat at the restaurant 40 minutes before closing. I will never come back here again even though I have been a customer for so long at this location. I hope management can take the appropriate actions as this will affect the store in the future.

I had the unfortunate experience of coming to this Cheesecake Factory just now, and I must say, it was utterly disappointing. The workers/servers, seemed to have left their manners at home, we were waiting up in the front desk for a while waiting for someone to come. Their lack of enthusiasm made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We asked the server (who had thrown the menu at the counter) “when do you close?” because no one came up to us for a table, and she responded with the worst attitude - walking away saying we don’t close now. Not only did they fail to fulfill basic requests promptly, but their attitude was downright rude. It's a shame that such behavior tarnished what could have been a pleasant dining experience. I come from New York and this was my first time at this location, needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Cheesecake Factory was disappointing due to the rude behavior of the restaurant staff one of them was named kristen she was very rude. Upon entering, I was met with dismissive attitudes and unwelcoming gestures from multiple employees. Despite attempting to engage with them politely, the service remained consistently impolite throughout my visit. Such behavior greatly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to maintain the reputation of the establishment. We had to leave because of how rude they were, they made us wait at the front desk for a long time until we had to go call on someone.

Very disappointed today. I understand this place is busy. That does not mean good service should be sacraficed! Hostess had an attitude. Food runner took half our order to another table. Then waited another 20 min for my order to arrive and unlike the first order they didn't follow how I wanted it cooked. Took over 20 min for our lemonade to arrive. Our server was nice though.

Birthday dinner there. The food was good. Cheesecake pineapple upside-down was delicious
