The Cheesecake Factory

I normally don’t give reviews but I felt that I need to say something. This is a horrible location, mainly due to the incompetent management that is trickling down to the staff. The service is lacking, food quality has gone down tremendously. Our food lacked salt and was extremely dry. My coffee was cold. Our server kept forgetting to attend to us. This used to be a very good location but the new management has brought it down to a less than a mediocre place. They need to make a change or they will lose customers. Expected much better from the Cheesecake Factory name.

Don't even need to wait to taste food to give this place a feedback, service is terrible slow, 0 organization, servers just walk around doing nothing.

The Pasta meal was very dry an no taste wasn't impressed consulted the manager I was provided another dish still dry and tasteless I just couldnt go any further with this meal. ( I still payed for the service and tip)This meal goes....to the seagulls!

Updated 2/17/24. I am updating my previous review posted 2 years ago. I am very disappointed with the management at this Cheesecake Factory and do not plan to return to this establishment. I have been going to this location for over 15 years now but the current management does not care about their customers or the quality of their food or service. And I do not want to give my business to any place like that. If you get a chance to talk to Maya you will know what I am talking about. Save your money and go across the lot to Maggiano or multiple other restaurants with better quality, service and food.

A terrible experience, where we left feeling upset because of the treatment by the manager here. We came for a friend’s birthday and spent $198 at a restaurant where the management and staff does not care about the customers. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location, even though this used to be my go to Cheesecake Factory of choice for the past 10 years. I would recommend to go to the other restaurants across the street, like Maggiano’s or Seasons 52 where you are actually treated with respect and appreciation.

Sometimes restaurants can be great and other days not so great. I love this restaurant chain and specifically this site. However my last visit was affected by ‘rotated staff’. Those who served in the kitchen doing the cooking was way off base this Sunday. Nothing tasted the same and everything came out late and distasteful. Perhaps football season dismantled staff causing bad service. Waiter was totally discombobulated. Just not my day there. Bad review it is.
