Nice paper menu but is incomplete without price, cold dish and desserts. Very dirty restroom. Food is good but slow and lukewarm. Probably waiting too long to get to the table.
Average Chinese food but terrible terrible order management system, especially during holidays. They do not know their capacity but just keep receiving and screwing up people’s order. I had an order place one day earlier but they ended up delaying the pickup and then handed off my order to someone else. Recommend them manage their process and reasonably arrange staff during busy times.
A must try! If you are in the area don’t hesitate to try. Delicious food and much variety.
Tea House Chinese Restaurant boasts authentic, well-seasoned dishes that showcase culinary expertise. However, the dining experience is hindered by delayed, cold appetizers and inattentive service. Despite the charming decor and cozy atmosphere, the restaurant's prices feel steep, especially considering the subpar service. While the food impresses, the overall value is diminished by the lackluster service.
Food is not very good and rather flavorless, speaking as a chinese person who grew up on chinese food. However, this is only chinese restaurant that makes certain dishes. Always very busy. Staff not particularly friendly, which is not a big deal in a chinese restaurant. However, 2 hours after an order was placed, still not able to give update on when the food would be ready. Very disrespectful of the delivery person's time and money (wasted it sitting there waiting, with no end point).
Surprisingly authentic and delicious! A wide array of menu options and was very pleased to be able to indulge in so many family favorites. Looking forward to coming again. For now, would recommend the “Kudai” lamb noodles and eggplant.
