Family owned and operated since 1989. We are best known for our slow roasted rotisserie chicken, which is not an easy process but delicious food is never easy to cook. Our process begins with whole chickens being rinsed off and placed into a barrel. We Then boil water and add our special seasoning. Once the water and seasoning are brought to a boil, we pour it into the barrel with the chickens. The barrels are then placed in our walk-in refrigerator for 12 hours until they are fully marinated. Then we place the chickens onto a spit which is placed into our state of the art rotisserie machine. They are slow-cooked for 3 hours. The end result is nothing but perfection.
