Early am shift not the nicest, food and drinks are very inconsistent, my coffee today is halfway filled and it’s tasting more like hot sweet water
I’ve given this place one too many tries, first time my order was wrong, second time my drink was cold, third time I got a hot chocolate that taste like water with a splash of cocoa and half the drink missing, I picked it up to take a drink and it felt super light, I hadn’t even had a sip. It’s the closest one to my house but I’ll travel the extra mile to go to the Archibald one. Like I understand if u put whip cream in it but my daughter got whip cream in hers and it’s filled almost to the top. And why the heck does it look like oil was put into it?
Leah very rude has attitude acted like adding whip to top of cup was a big inconvenience for her when it was asked at the drive thru speaker. Very disappointing.
I ordered a plain black coffee, and it was so strong and bitter I had to throw it away. When I pay thism00 much for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be enjoyable. My drip Folgers coffee is much better.
I agree with the review below I also went to Starbucks and Leah was very rude and had a bad attitude…had a bad visit not looking forward to seeing Leah again…such negative vibes…
The place is clean and service is good. The major problem is two words, Long. Line.
