Tandoori Pizza

Worst customer service ever!!!! My family of 6 went to have dinner after a Halloween function in Fremont and decided to eat here (worst decision ever). My husband and I rang their little bell on the desk, and a young man came from the kitchen to take our order, I personally didn't feel welcomed he lacked customer service. We paid 100.99 with one card and 5 on another card. The transaction was made at exactly 8:33 pm at around 8:52 he calls my husband and tells him that the payment didn't go through I got up from the table that we were sitting and I showed the phone to him (cashier) where it said that the payment was pending, he then proceeded to ask us what we had ordered again. I asked him if he hadn't place the order, yet he rudely said "NO". I got upset and said, "Why didn't you say anything earlier?" I really wanted to leave at that moment and eat some place else but my parents and sister said it's okay. Food came around 9:15 pm. We will not be coming back to this restaurant ever. Best pizza and great customer service

Pizza is ok but the service fell short of expectations, lacking the attentiveness and professionalism that would have complemented the dining experience. Upon requesting for additional chairs, the servers pointed us where the chairs are instead of bringing for us. The server “Navi” tried to act clever. We ordered 18 wings but he charged us for 6 wings three times which came out to be more expensive. Upon confronting, he said he will give us 10% discount but in the system he only punched 5%. We paid, I asked for receipt but he didnt give us one. I asked again and he gave a weird attitude. Finally I got the receipt and confronted him for misleading as his actions didnt match words. He didn’t even try to apologize but just said he will do it next time. I didn’t ask for any discount, I just asked for fair charge. He offered 10% but only gave 5%. He is just trying to fool the customers. Would never go back.

It breaks my heart to write this as a long time customer of Tandoori Pizza. They have been consistently excellent and my favorite pizza spot until recently, they seem to have lost their, as I like to say, je ne sais quoi. I ordered two pizzas and BOTH were made incorrectly! I placed the order online, so there's no excuse for anything getting lost in translation. When I picked up the order, the gentleman was rude — no greeting nor gratitude. I hope he made it home safely. How fitting that their initials are TP...Toilet Paper!

Very flavorful pizzas and wide variety on the menu. Definitely coming back.

Nice pizza. One large pizza is enough for 3-4 adults.

$20.00 plus tip for small personal pizza? Better be amazing. It wasn’t 😎

Best ever pizza

Their pizza is fine. But service is pretty lacking. We ordered one pizza and they were out of the ingredient. They called but didn’t leave a message. I picked up my food and they gave me a random spicy pizza with a nasty sauce. They did NOT inform me they substituted my pizza so I found out when I got home LOL. Really rude and out of pocket. Oh and they refused a refund because we accidentally ate a slice before realizing it was the entire wrong pizza. So, avoid. Or closely check your order before you take a single bite.

Mostly order take out from here.. The pizza bit expensive but super tasty.. I recommend to try their malai paneer and tandoori pizza combo.. Indian ingredients over pizza tastes damn amazon
