My name is Kay, with a Thai name of Kitiya, one of the three owners of Tamarind Thai Cuisine. Jay and Kevin are our two native Thai chefs, with a combined culinary experience of over 20 years, specializing in Thai cuisine with training commencing in Bangkok, Thailand.
