The staff are exceptionally nice and very friendly. I would especially like to commend the lady that was at the drive thru on Tuesday, 4/2/24 at lunchtime. She went above and beyond. She had given me her name but i don’t recall. She deserves a ‘shout out’.

Avoid going there late night. They only help dashers. Spent literally 1 hour at drive thru to get my order. I ordered via mobile app

This is for specifically when dashing. I keep giving them chances and keep getting disappointed. Everytime I order something, day or night, my order is always wrong like they don’t know how to do their job. They don’t ask my dasher to contact me if things are out of order such as drinks or ice cream, and end up giving me the complete opposite of what I asked for or nothing at all. The least I could get is an alternative; don’t give me 1 smoothie when I ask for 2 cokes.

Most McDonald's are good a few have school kids at them like the one on Ontario Street right now they close during the time the kids raid the place, then later reopen there only closed for about an hour I think between 3 and 4 pm. Extremly rude and disrespectful person taking prder. Agonisingly long line.
