Just got home to eat a Mexican Pizza and it tastes horrible!! It's a bit difficult to describe, like a mix of burnt food and chemical. These used to be my favorite menu item.
TL;DR: This location no longer serves breakfast. :( So I typically love this place. The weekend staff in the mornings have always been awesome. I only stop by every few weeks. However, this morning at 10am, I went to the drive through and tried to order my usual breakfast crunchwrap. Then they told me they don't have breakfast. OK. Fine. Would it kill you to put up a sign that says "No longer serving breakfast"? But what really got me, was the two employees trying to gaslight me, saying this location has never served breakfast. Dude, I literally have the receipts in the bottom of my purse. Have some sympathy for someone who just wanted a crunchwrap and Cinnabon delights.
I said ok, didn't order anything and left. Who wants regular tacos at 10am?!
Ordering from the kiosk is for the birds. What happened to customer service. Pay more for your food and less service a brunch of bull.
Got scammed out of more money because an employee lied. Now I can't get ahold of anyone for a refund.
Placed order to go and when I got back to work and opened the bag I found my order was wrong. They repeated my order twice too.
This Taco Bell is a JOKE! Several employees do not speak ENGLISH. YOU ARE IN AMERICA! I went inside to order, waited quite a bit, got my order after telling them my name and left. Got home, found a totally different order. Evidently she didn't understand ENGLISH. Called back and the person who answered couldn't understand ENGLISH so handed the phone to someone else. I had to drive back up there to get my money back. The manager drove up as I did and he processed the refund. I had parked at the front door in a handicapped place and he had parked next to another handicapped place right at the front door! LAZY???? I would think the manager would leave the places close to the door for customers. NEVER GOING BACK. This is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. LAZY MANAGER, employees who live in America, serving the public, and don't speak ENGLISH. WOW!
UPDATE:Well the cantina soft taco is just a bunch of lettuce in a cold tortilla. Never again. Pathetic.
Doritos Locos rule my life , however so does Chris , he’s so awesome and he makes every experience 500 times more fun <3 we love it <3
One of the rudest food experiences I've ever had. Fidel M. is the name on the receipt. He kept rushing us with our drive thru order even though there were no other cars in the drive thru. He created a hostile experience. He was also eating when we drove up. The food was good but with the experience from Fidel M, I wont be back.

Let me make this clear my husband and I have tried 4 other locations that are closer to our home. BUT this location and I quote my husband " Best Taco Bell experience I've ever had in Texas" the gentleman at the drive thru was hilarious, nice, just totally amazing and totally made my husband's day. Then the food!!!! Omg literally the BEST Taco Bell we've ever had. It was fresh, hot, the order was correct. This is our new Taco Bell. Even if you think this location is a bit of a drive from you ITS NOT JUST DO IT!!!! This is the best location hands down service and food.
