Taco Bell

Took a bit through the line, but that's to be expected.... Delicious and hot food. Cashier was polite enough, just seemed like may have had a long day. Good late night choice.

Bad customer service...slow food service... How can it be fast food when I waited about 20 minutes for a Mexican pizza and 2 tacos?? Came in on Sunday even just before 630pm and was the only customer. I went in because there were several cars in the drive thru. Upon walking in not 1 person greeted me or said I'll be with you shortly! After waiting several minutes I finally ordered from the kiosk and waited....and waited. Meanwhile employees were complaining how busy it was and how people must have gotten their taxes because the amounts they were "spending at taco bell" and that they could " buy a weeks worth of groceries" for what they were spending at "taco Bell". I found it very rude and unprofessional. All while still no one acknowledged me . Even after several people walked past me to get cups of ice for drive thru beverage orders (the one behind the counter had run out of ice). The girl running the drive thru speaker kept her back to me the entire time and even after walking in front of me going to the ice machine only said excuse me and still didn't ask regarding my order, say hello or anything. Several other cars pulled into the drive thru, ordered and left all while I'm still waiting...smh. after 15 minutes another girl came to the main register ( first person to even come to the register) asked the name on my order and finally cashed me out. 10 minutes later a young man brought my food up and apologized about the wait. Got there at 625pm and drove off at 643pm. Moral of the story...go through the drive thru. Personally I won't return but I was there getting food for my grandmother
