Yo it is a taco bell.... my order was right, they didn't mess anything up and I do substitute stuff. For Tacobells go this is a good one

Customer service was horrible, Never greeted us. We waited there in front of the cash register nobody knowledged us for awhile. Then the one girl yelled at us to use the kiosk if we want to place an order. Even if they were still busy, they should still have greeted us. I shouldn't have to use a kiosk. I came in to dine. This place the customer service has gone down so bad this years.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever stopped at on a road trip. It’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving, food was the freshest and best tasting I’ve had from a TB in a while. Employees were pleasant and prompt. Order was very accurate down to both sauces that we requested
