Roma Pizzeria & Restaurant

We order from Romas often, but will not be ordering from there again. Last weekend I ordered delivery at 5:00PM for a pizza and kids spaghetti. The girl told me it would be an 1.5 hour wait. I agreed. 2 hours later I call to find out where my order was, she gives me attitude, said we are the next stop, but wouldn’t give me an ETA. I ask to speak to a manager, and he states they are busy, but when the driver gets back, they will be deliver our food. I said “I thought we were the next stop”. He then gives attitude and says do you just want to cancel?! I said sure and he hangs up on me. Being a loyal customer, I would have expected to be treated a little better. If I were there owner of this establishment, I would be embarrassed by the way customers are getting treated.

Best Garlic knots I ever had in my life! Pizza was amazing but the best of all is the out of the world customer service. Thank you so much Romas. You guys made my day.

We did take out the gentleman that answer the phone when we call for I take was in the girl that dropped off the food was very pleasant

Very nice place in a small shopping center. We dine in and take out. They get very busy but they are still quick to get orders done in a timely manner. Food is outstanding

Damn good.

Just picked up my last pizza before I move across the state. This has been my go to spot. The BEST pizza you can get around here. Hard working, friendly guys making the pizzas to perfection. I’m really gonna miss this place
