Food was dry and stale. Missed items making me have to go back. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience.

Just left there for the second time this week! The staff are amazing!! The young Lady working in the drive thru Damasse, is always very pleasant and bubbly!! It’s not often I have a really great experience at fast food spots because people are always rushing, however Damasse was very friendly, patient and quick with my order!!

Deplorable customer service is an understatement! And to the female wearing all black and no name tag, I apologize if you were disappointed that I wouldn't go back and fourth with you but instead choose to call KFC's customer service while in the store. Considering that they could hear your rant, your message was obviously conveyed, great job! And to KFC, do better when it comes to training your team members! If this clown worked for me her employment would have been terminated immediately. Sad, just sad..smh

Only negative thing I can say, is because the menu is split with KFC, it can be hard to see half the menu when it's pushed to the back. Maybe split it up a little more evenly. Especially when taco bell offers more than KFC.

The order was horrible because I order first before the big group made their order. They ended up receive their order first. I waited too long for my order. They need to improve their orders in the organize. I won't come there again. I am not recommending the place

I ordered 3 Doritos Loco Tacos Supreme and got 3 regular one by the time I realized I was already out the store. My receipt says supreme on there. So I don’t understand the disconnect
