10min wait time for cold food, missed order notes and sizes, employees hate their jobs and clearly dont care
This Taco Bell is ridiculous. On more than 5 occasions I have visited and been given a long list of items they don't currently have in stock by some upbeat annoying women.
Messed order up twice. I just left
I ordered on the mobile app for pick up through the drive-thru when I got there I said my name and they got multiple things wrong. First we got told go wait in the front when we were the only one in line. Then they brought us two coffees when we ordered the brisk dragon tea. I ordered a grande breakfast burrito with bacon and they gave me a a sausage crunch wrap. They took a long time. They need to do better at this south willow location. They are always messing up orders.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE me and my buddy came in to order a baja blast freeze after a long hard day and we waited 30 minutes and they looked at us like aliens like hi!! you work here take my order idiot anyways we waited longer seems like they only were doing drive through orders, waiting some more and finally i spoke up asking if they were taking orders and they look at me as if i had 3 eyes and 1 leg anyways if anyone wants to get me and my buddy 2 large baja blast freezes lmk asap
This location was actually running better then when I normally come in. I got a pretty large order and it was done and a timely manner especially since they were pretty busy. My only complaint is that when I wanted a cup of ice took a little bit to get someone to cash me out for it bc at the keyosk there is no option for that . Food was great and I will return the employees were very friendly and respectful as well I think they should know that it's appreciated that they go to work everyday this location is SUPER busy especially late night on the weekends. Thanks guys.
One of the worst taco bells I've been to. They used the wrong paper to make our food and for a 6$ absolutely not worth it.
