Nice experience. Quick customer service. The rolls were delicious. This is a counter kiosk in the mall.

I've been coming here for years...Sadly they closed all the Cinnobons in MA (as far as I know). So I now drive all the way to Manchester NH to get them. I really hope this location stays open!

Tried to stop just now on my way out of the mall with two toddlers... 3 people "working" and told me they were on a break for 10 min... all 3 of them. Work ethic is pathetic; management take notice and train your employees better and hold them accountable.

I have been there twice in the past month and the rolls have been a bit raw. I thought the first time was a fluke so I went again but was disappointed again.
