Dunkin'

Just left here, 15 minute and 21 second to get a frozen coffee, it's like they forgot I ordered a coffee even. When I asked how much longer some middle aged lady snapped and said were working on it. Rude, unprofessional and all around unpleasant. Go else where. This place is the worse and to top it off this location is a training store.

Arguably worst dunkins in Manchester. Employees just DGAF. They sit in the back on the phones blaring music so they cant hear the bill at the counter ringing. One time I heard someone ask how to make an Americano and their coworker told them just to give the customer a black coffee.

Ordered ahead on mobile app to make sure its done before i goto work an instead i wait over 10 mins til i find 2 girls talking gossip around corner not doing the job they are paid for and no other orders or guests like wow horrible. Avoid this dunkin at all costs

I ordered a ice coffee reg cream and 1 extra sugar and I got extra cream and regular sugar but the donut I ordered was correct
