The self service kiosk is awful to use. Very difficult to modify my order to suit my allergies and dislikes. After several minutes of trying I had to goto the counter. I was told by 3 employees that someone would help me in a moment. Eventually someone helped me but it was well after the rest of my group was seated and almost finished.
Ordered in app and everything was ready when I got to drive thru

Pretty sure we waited at the window for 30 minutes for 2 food items.
The bathroom smelled like urine. No cashier at the register. I had to ask the kitchen staff to take my order because I wanted to pay cash. She acted like I was bothering her. I ordered 2 $6 chalupa boxes. No to go bag. The food was Luke warm, flavors were not appetizing. I didn't finish the meal. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I'm not going back to Taco Bell in Lima. If management reads this review don't make excuses just get better!
Best place ever this place is like a second home to me! Friendly workers as well! I have received nothing but extravagantly admirable service. Trinity, the night manager has shown simply astounding service to me and even offered me a hug! Theyre super fast at their job and super caring. They love their customers. And as I said the remarkable managers are a conversation of their own. Going to start sleeping in the lobby until the enchanting Trinity or short Lexa takes me to their basement
