Haven't ordered in almost 2 years for quality. Wanted to try again, the bun for my sandwich was stale, but first red flag was all employees were outside smoking when I pulled in. Then seemed mad that I was there ordering. Will not return to the harding highway location, they in my opinion are the worst of them all and always have been. Down to sanitation. Honestly should just close this one.
The Gm there was absolutely awesome and so nice!! I’ll definitely be returning!!

Update- I had time to go inside and also used the restroom. I was shocked to see how filthy it is. One customer was at the counter ordering and one at drive thru. It was a slow time of day, I will think twice before even going to the drive thru anymore. I’ve never ate inside, I always use the drive thru. The employees are always super friendly, food is always fresh, and the order is correct 8 out of ten times. Mistakes happen and they are always happy to fix it if needed. They are efficient and overall provide great customer service. Keep up the great teamwork!
My wife waited at Wendy’s for 30 minutes for food. Went in and was told by the front worker that it wasn’t her problem that she didn’t have her food yet. Never getting my business agin
I waited in the drive through for 26 minutes. After I finally got my food and I got a half a mile down the road, I noticed that my food order was completely wrong. There were 3 people inside eating while I got my refund so it's not like they were busy. They were apologetic, but overall ignorant. I will probably not eat there again and I used to be a regular, but the service quality has hit rock bottom. Update, decided to give them another try. I hadn't been there since the original review. Got home, they messed my order up again. Never stopping again. They need to work on order accuracy. I order and pay for a triple, they give me a single. How is it this hard?

Do yourself a favour and keep driving
