so bad service

Dude at night in drive through has messed up order multiple times. Also prices are too expensive for the portions/ quality.

Came to this location multiple times at opening and sat at the drive through with no response. If the place isn’t opened at 9am then times need to be updated.

I just got food here and the checker Navjit K. used my credit card card twice before threwing the card at the counter to me. The general manager should tell this person that we live on a time where people do share experiences via social media and word travels fast. If she doesn't like the work here then it's time to look for another job. My friend recently visited me and went through the drive-thru. They found that items were missing from their order. Apparently, this is not an isolated case. Don't leave the drive-thru until your order is correct.

They changed me 2 chips and guacamole they give me only one 1 chips and guacamole $ 6 changed me total $3 changed me they given 1 more chips guacamole employees are very rude even they donot deserve one star than changed for two they 2chalupa than they gave one than I asked can give one more chalupa they gave me order when I order is incomplete say go there they ignore me. Service is not good ana they changed $3 extra they not chips and guacamole.

I ordered a chicken cantina bowl, I paid for extra chicken, extra pico de gallo, lettuce and the truth is it's not worth paying extra because in the end it ends up being the same amount that they put in, the only thing they put in extra was the lettuce, stingy people, you pay for that

Missed a item on the order, the quality of the food is the worse not sure if it is the Taco Bell or just this location. The brown thing on the chips are beans, straight out fridge and microwaved

We went through the drive thru and first they forgot 2 items, my husband backed up in the drive thru to show them, then we got home and the burrito supreme was missing the meat and sour cream. (They did remove cheese like requested, but that was about all that was right.)

The food here was so mid. We normally use a different location but we were feeling nacho fries so we came here. The soft potato taco was SO bad. The potatoes were insanely over cooked and hard and the tortilla was like soggy? We also ordered bean burritos and the beans were burnt. The fries were stale and we also ordered a cheesy roll up which we never got. When we tried to call them they didn’t pick up. Insanely bad, I wish we didn’t waste our money 😭😭

Drive thru is consistently leaving out items ordered

While the food at Taco Bell is still the same as anywhere, people have been completely replaced by the Kiosks. People were there's. For quite a while for various things like bathroom access or to ask if an order was theirs. Taco Bell, what the hell are you doing?
