My daughter and her family stopped here to get food on March 8th. They ordered through Kiosk 2 order number 258. When they went up to the counter the guy said the food didn't come through and refused to fill the order even though they had the receipt. The cost of the meal was $50 and they would not give their money back. She called the Taco Bell corporate office and they said they had to contact the Taco Bell they used. Someone needs to reimburse my daughter her money. She has turned this Taco Bell over to the Better Business Bureau. Her next step is to contact the City of Bessemer. Such poor service. Parking: N/A
I've tried to give this place way to many chances and every single time the food is wrong, old, or service is terrible.

My burrito was wrong and was absolutely nasty. Won't be back. Employees were rude like they were pissed off because I was there
The food was good. The service was not. Went inside it took 15 minutes to get someone attention to order.
Hope the boss sees this. Waited in line forever, just to get to the window and see that they only have two people actually working and a third was on her phone the whole time. Even on her phone when a customer inside was trying to place an order.

29 minutes for 2 crispanada and a quesadilla, via a mobile order with only 3 people in the drive up. Come on, it isn't a 5 star sit down restaurant. 5 people working 4 on their phone.
