If you wanted ramen. Look no more.
Sushi is top-notch! Love the coconut soup, too! Volcano chicken flavor was amazing, but... the quality of the chicken they use, sometimes not so much. I think it's cut too thin and overcooks easily, so sometimes it can get chewy and difficult to eat. Not every time, though, and it's still my favorite dish. Other than that infrequent issue, everything else I've ever had here is always phenomenal. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's rare to find good Asian food in this area.
I am not sure if they changed ownership since we were last there, but the food sure did change. I ordered Panang and it was NOTHING like I remembered. It was a think gravy (and very little). I remember it being a sauce that soaked up in the rice and delicious. I found myself eating it to be polite because I didn’t want to say that I didn’t like it. In hindsight I should have said something then. The steak was flavorless - no seasoning at all. Also ordered sushi which tasted watery and not very fresh (most likely frozen and recently thawed). We used to go at the very least once a week for lunch. Have to say, we will not be returning unfortunately. I rated low on service mostly because they never even asked how our meal was. I had planned to say something but was waiting for them to ask - lol.
This is one of our favorite local spots, a real hidden gem. The Thai basil chicken has so much flavor...add a little broccoli...my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Do NOT order delivery from this place. Food came cold. Took an hour and 30 minutes to prepare. Uncharged me for fried rice and gave me white rice.
