Food is Great! Service is great often provided by teenagers with good working morals. I miss the Subway here. Hope they open back up soon. I think it's Black owned, so customers seem very racist towards the young workers, in my opinion..

There subway is one star

The people at this restaurant are rude as hell. They lack quality customer care, compation, empathy and manors. They need a lesson on how to treat people. I did not purchase food from them. However, because of the way they treated my mother and myself. I will they have lost my business now and in the future, never buy anything from them. If they continue to treat people the way they treated us, they will soon lose business because people will not patronize their establishment.

The person at the counter is extremely rude. I will not recommend going to this branch to get your food. Whether she is uneducated or just her upbringing. You choose. If there is a below zero star I will give her a 500 below zero.

The employees here were the closest to real life Beavis and Butthead that I’ve ever encountered. It was like being at Burger World. Too high and brain-dead to function and make a sandwich to order. They kept asking me dumb questions and laughing at my answers. Dude couldn’t see through his dreads. I literally don’t even know what his face actually looked like. He rolled the wrap without tucking the ends and then proceeded to wrap it the opposite direction after he rolled it. The contents exploded out and he wrapped it up like he was expecting me to take it. Comical but not if you’re expecting to eat.

Didn't even get to fully place an order. Guy who started to take my order rolled his eyes like I was an inconvenience. Chick that came out of the office laughed at another customer who asked a question about the sandwiches and prices. I had to repeat myself 3 times and got called fat for ordering 3 subs for a family of 5. I work customer service and this is unacceptable. I left halfway through ordering and I swear I will never let anyone I know spend their money on such a joke of a place.

The lady at the front whom did mine and someone else's sandwiches never even responded to a question that was based off them having a sale. Dietary restrictions: They have an option for wraps but unsure if they are Gluten free.

There is a subway here franchised and being operated by a woman who had no regard nor respect for the way I wanted my sandwich made and after being denied service and told off and ran off by her I was told by her and even Walmart employees that there's nothing I can do about it because she's the owner. I tried calling the number posted on the wall to make a complaint, but it doesn't even work. I haven't been so disrespected and abused like this for a long time. All I wanted was my sandwich made the way how I've been getting the same sandwich made for years.

The food is great and the people are nice 10 out of ten respect
