Experience is a bit different

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this particular location but there seems to be the same issues. They NEVER have any sauce but ranch. Everyone knows frisco sauce is the staple and they haven’t had it for months. They don’t fill the fry containers all the way. They don’t put any sauces on the burgers when ketchup and mustard is supposed to come with it. The drinks are 99% ice to the point one sip it’s all gone. It would be fine if this was a one time flop but it happens all the time and has been for years. This location honestly needs to be shut down.

Food tastes nothing like other steak n shakes. Ingredients are very different from other locations burger meat is dry and lacks flavor bun is stale & I’ve never seen any Steak ‘n Shake use ice berg lettuce on their burgers! I tried giving them a few chances but the disappointment is always the same. Horrible

They don't even talk to you anymore. Zero customer service. It's just give me your money here is your food.

Second in line in the store, and it took 20 minutes for our cold burgers to come out

Filthy bathroom, you walk in and you turn around and you walk out because it was just that bad. Had to order on a kiosk that was confusing. The cook who was young had very large hickey on neck, did come out and help us place the order on the kiosk. Got a shake, & picked it up & noticed tiny baby spider on the counter. I informed them and they could care less. The food was good but I won't be back again.

The familiar atmosphere is the only thing keeping the building open. The food has taken A SERIOUS DIVE in quality as of recent years. Burgers are smaller and the quality never matches the pricing. Anytime of day the French fries are old, never made to order. The restaurant is fairly clean. The drink nozzles on the machine taste funny and needs to be regularly and thoroughly cleaned EVERY SHIFT. My date had a clump substance in her cup and it took a while for someone to check on us.

Dirty, run down and horrible customer service

I'm missing half of my milkshake

Steak n Shake used to be a decent place where you could get a burger, fries and a milkshake for a reasonable price. Now it's nearly $13. I won't be returning.

The service whatever they seem to call service was terrible. The restaurant was filthy. Be sure we won’t return there. I can see why this chain is closing so many locations.

Shakes are good.
