Leaving 2 stars just because the breakfast sandwich was okay. But I ordered my coffees on Starbucks app and customized as well. I was in rush so I ordered ahead of time. I was disappointed when I tried my coffee it was bitter taste because it wasn’t even the coffee I usually get. White mocha is already sweet coffee but mine had less milk and syrup in it as well as my brother’s coffee which I requested on app to add extra caramel drizzle, his coffee was bitter taste too. I wish I could go back to the Starbucks and asked to redo it but we were already in a hurry. At the end we end up not drinking our coffees and throw them away.
I ordered a Venti Vienna roast and was given a grande blonde roast even though they charged me full price for the original drink I ordered and gave me the wrong size and blend of coffee. I didn’t make a scene. I went inside and thought I could get a refill instead and they tried to make me pay full price for another drink even though I had just ordered one less than an hour ago and drank it in the parking lot. This Starbucks is horrible with terrible customer service. The employees out of every single Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life are the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with, which is hundreds at this point. This is the ONLY Starbucks I will never be returning to under any circumstances and you’re better off with gas station coffee.l than going here.
I usually go to the location on Ventura and treat myself once a week to the pumpkin cream cold brew when it’s in season. I was closer to this location, but I realized too late as I was driving away that they hadn’t filled the cup all the way, and when I tasted it, it barely had the pumpkin foam flavor.
Not sure where to start. First, they are rude and fake being nice. They give you half your order and try to rush you away every time I’ve come here. Today, I was handed burnt food that was extremely hot and drinks with loose lids that spilled on me and my car. My hands were burnt and red and 20 min later the bacon/sausage burritos have not cooled down. Not safe for my kids and extremely hard texture…had to be thrown out. My car also has a burning smell now. Also, attitude was given when I asked for napkins, straws and the sriracha that was pre-selected on my mobile order which they forgot. They also gave the large size straws for small drinks to be spiteful. Then asked what else do I want in a smug way. Call the 1-800 customer service # to report bad experiences. They need to treat people better and stop messing up orders.

I have always loved this particular Starbucks because it is close to my home, and I visit it every morning for coffee. However, lately, I have been disappointed with the service.
When I ask for a straw for my drink, it feels like the staff look at me as if I am asking for something unreasonable. I always try to be polite and smile when making my request, and I expect the same courtesy in return.
Recently, I had an unpleasant experience. One of your employees handed me the straw with a disgruntled expression, despite the fact that I patiently waited for her to be free. Today, the situation repeated: the young man I asked for a straw didn’t bother to respond and just silently handed it to me after some time.
If your concept is that customers must ask the staff for a straw each time, please explain to them that this is not a whim of the customer, but a part of good service. It is very unpleasant for me to encounter such attitudes, especially since I have not observed this in other Starbucks locations.
