Whenever there are good people that come through my life I always like to mention them and make sure they get credit where possible. I’ve been a longtime customer of this bakery. I have to say they do a wonderful job. This is the only place I come in Los Angeles for any family members special occasions. Today I came in to purchase two birthday cakes to be used as a celebration for daycare graduation. Nancy went above and beyond to meet all my expectations. She even went to the degree of helping me carry the cakes to my car as well as making sure my request were meant With courtesy and exceptional customer service. I certainly hope the management team sees this msg because they have a real winner and should take pride knowing they have a teammate like Nancy on their team.

Exceptional bakery housed in a Gelsons grocery store with delicious pastries and cakes and superb coffee. Don’t be dissuaded by the seemingly high prices; the quality is worth every cent and more.

I last minute ordered a birthday cake for a work friend of mine and Mark at the bakery was so helpful, communicating with the cake decorator so that I can get the beautiful cake I had in mind to make my dear friends special day a good one. The cake decorator did a fantastic job the cake was beautiful and delicious.

What a mess they made if ny daughter's 20th birthday cake. Took the full amlunt upfront 2 weeks ago and the cake looked like a kiddies cake. I called at 11am to let them know i was collecting at 1h30 eve though the order was for 11h30 am. It was obvious on the phone they hadnt started the cake. When i complained they woukdnt even apologize let alone provide an alternative or discount They are very unprofessional

Got the dulce de leche cheesecake (it is ok… tastes like cheesecake with a bit of caramel hint) and the hazelnut tart slice (also ok, a bit bland and dry somehow? But not bad)
