Starbucks

I ordered Lavender Oatmilk Chill in the morning. I got sick after drinking it and couldn't go to work.

I came in fairly late in the day and a very nice worker Taylor with a sun name tag was very efficient and very nice to me when I made small talk! My drink was made properly if only I got extra chocolate lol! Will be visiting again!

Rude employees in my opinion! I went in for a pickup order and there must've been 8 people behind the counter, but no one even greeted me. In fact, when I walked up to the counter, no one even looked at me. They were indeed busy, but not stressfully so. Not enough to warrant not even affording a welcoming glance or a "just a moment." No one was waiting in line to place an order. I waited awkwardly for a few more minutes before leaving before getting my pickup order.

Ashley who works there is unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Surprised she can even keep a job a Starbucks. Pretty sad.

My drink wasn't made properly, was missing an ingredient, and I had to wipe the cup with napkins because of the spill. They were more busy than usually, so my order was rushed, I feel.
