I would give them no stars if i could. Their service is terrible. Food is always cold.

Went for the hot fudge Sunday via drive through. When I got it, it was completely melted. When I tried to eat it, almost the entire dessert was hot fudge, no ice cream. Pretty hard to mess up a dessert but the mastered it! Never returning!

Made my simple order wrong. The burgers used to be good if they were hot and ur craving one these burgers were like rubber! Not there is meat in them anymore. Fries were cold and soggy

It's McDonald's. But, service was great. Food came out in good time. Dining area was clean, bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

I had my order customized in the app and they got it right.. it always tastes so good the way I ask for it to be prepared! They keep doing a great job so I keep coming back. Thank you McDonald's!!

Great place to go if you want to get your order screwed up

There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order here. Whether it’s missing fries, wrong drinks, no sauces, etc. the people that work here have rolled their eyes at me for asking for the sauce I specifically ordered. It’s so upsetting that this is the closest store to me.

It was better than usual Mac in West Hollywood.

Koby is pretty awesome, nice, helpful, and great with customers, thanks koby for serving us, you put my faith back in fast food employees and service thanks again man!
